Indian Marinade
- one 8-oz container plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 t finely chopped gingerroot
- 1 T ground coriander
- 1 t each of ground cumin and salt
- 1/4 t curry powder
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Marinate the chicken for about 4 hours and grill or bake.
